Moii
Moii Support
Moii is an auction marketplace for physical products, for adults aged 18 or older who live in Ethiopia. Email support@moiiauctions.com and we will reply. Include the phone number or account you sign in with, and never send a password, card number or mobile-money PIN.
Signing in
Sign in with your phone number and the one-time code we send by SMS, or with Apple or Google. If a code does not arrive, wait a minute and use Resend. If you still cannot sign in, email us.
Payments
Payments are taken on Chapa's own secure page. We never see your card number or PIN. A payment counts only once the provider confirms it to us; if you paid and the app has not caught up, open My Bids after a few minutes, or email us with the time of the payment.
Prizes
If you win, the app asks you to confirm your details and pay the winning amount, then shows delivery or collection. Questions about a prize: email us with the auction name.
